Key Responsibilities:

Design Strategy and Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to define design goals and align with project form to requirements. Create design roadmaps, sitemaps.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and proficiency in HTML/CSS is beneficial.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with an ability to advocate for the user experience while balancing business objectives.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset, able to interpret user data and feedback to identify and resolve usability challenges.
